Yoga is a challenging time for your body and mind.

In this YOGA FOR MENOPAUSE course I offer 4 themed classes to help us to to find am ability to flow with the changes in your body and mind.

Using 4 different themes to begin with, I want to, using yoga, help you learn ways to cope through breathing and movement.

The menopause is a time of great change, but we can find ways to navigate through and find something to feel good about in this new time for your body and mind. 

My hope is also that in beginning this course to provide  a class for an hour to help you feel whatever comes up in class is normal, its time to start talking openly about menopause, and help other women get through this very tough time together.
