Service Description

For children aged 6 to 10 years old. Each 40-minute session, held every Wednesday 4pm for 40 mins. the class includes playful yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. The course promotes physical benefits like flexibility and strength, as well as mental benefits such as concentration and relaxation.
