Service Description

Join our Kids Yoga Course with Jo, starting in September, for children aged 6 to 10 years old. Each 40-minute session, held every Wednesday 4pm for 40 mins. the class includes playful yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. The course promotes physical benefits like flexibility and strength, as well as mental benefits such as concentration and relaxation. Jo, is a physiotherapist and Mum ensures a fun and supportive environment. The full course fee is £35 or 6 sessions, Book Now
