Service Description

A pregnancy yoga class that helps you focus on your breath, baby and body. We will work through delivery positions, introducing balance into your body through movement which optimises babys position for delivery. A class focused on you and your baby working towards meeting each other. I am a fully qualified "Real Birth " teacher which means I can help you through evidence based research and movement get to know your ever changing pregnancy body. I will help you build strength, confidence and sleep better too with yogic breathig techniques and movement. Please come along.
